Many of my friends asked about how to connect a Samsung phones to internet. Here is a tutorial for who facing difficulties while connecting Samsung phones to internet.
For that you need Samsung PC Studio software.
It is included in the sales package of almost all phone if you have no PC Studio then Download PC Studio.
(It is needed to detect the phone as internet modem you can download that software by clicking the below download button)
Install Samsung PC Studio.
(Only connect the phone after installing the software)
Open Samsung PC Studio.
Set PC connection settings to Samsung PC Studio on your phone.
To change it follow this steps :
(Settings->Phone Settings->PC Connections->Samsung PC Studio)
- Open Toolbox.
- Open Internet Settings from it.
- Select connection settings from Internet connector widget.
Connection name : (Name of your network name eg: IDEA)
Select country : Specify your country.
Network Provider : Select you network provider name from the list. (Select Other if your provider is not in list)
APN name : It will automatically set your APN if your network is in list. If you selected Other then type your APN name there. (See all mobile networks APN here)
Dialing Number : If you select the Other mobile networks Contact your Customer Care for your dialing number.
User ID & Password : Leave it Blank.
Click OK.
Now Connect.

I am using Samsung GT 3010S to connect internet to my PC through
when we click on “connect” button it shows message “To connect internet first disconnect mobile and then connect again”.
After this if we do not disconnect mobile the internet get connect but in 1second it get disconnect.
or
If we disconnect mobile while connection it shows OS error.
please suggest any idea for this
Re-install the software and set your APN (on mobile) correctly.
